Two Little Fishies CorAffix (2oz) 56,7g is the ideal solution for all your aquascaping projects. This cyanoacrylate adhesive has a honey-like consistency, making it easy to apply without any drips or stickiness. CorAffix stays flexible while creating a very strong and resilient bond, making it perfect for attaching stony corals, gorgonians, and other sessile invertebrates to live rock in reef aquariums.

Directions

For “frags”: Simply place a small amount of CorAffix on a base rock or coral plug. Press the frag onto it and wet with seawater to speed up the hardening process. It cures in about 20 seconds.

For aquascaping: Please do not insert the bottle underwater. Apply a spot of CorAffix on the underside of a coral above water, then quickly place the coral in seawater to create a skin. Repeat this process, forming layers until you have enough for a secure attachment. Once you have pressed the coral into position underwater, the CorAffix will spread between the coral and its attachment point. Hold it in place for 30 seconds. If the bond is not secure, simply apply another layer of CorAffix and try again.

General Information

CorAffix is an ethyl cyanoacrylate bonding compound with a viscosity similar to honey. Use it to attach stony corals, gorgonians, and other sessile invertebrates in their natural positions on live rock in aquariums. It is also effective for attaching coral “frags” in coral culturing. For larger coral heads, combine it with AquaStik Epoxy Putty (#400695, #400609). Begin by applying freshly mixed AquaStik on the live rock. Push the coral base into the AquaStik and then remove the coral, leaving an impression of the base. Allow the AquaStik to harden for 20 minutes. Afterward, apply CorAffix to the coral base and press it into the impression made in the AquaStik to form a secure bond in just 20 seconds.

Safety Note:

Please keep this product out of the reach of children and pets. It is important to wear goggles and gloves while using CorAffix, as it can bond skin, eyes, and mouth. In case of skin contact, wash with soapy water for several minutes.
