How to Prepare the Product:

Begin by turning off your skimmer and stopping the use of activated carbon and phosphate remover for 72 hours. You may resume their use after this period, but ensure that all other chemical filtration is removed during the treatment. It is advisable to use filter socks to assist in cleaning the aquarium. Please do not use this product if you have macroalgae or a refugium. Allow 10 to 14 days to see results.

How to Use the Product:

It is highly recommended that all corals be treated in some form of quarantine system. Allow the maximum contact time with Coral RX to prevent the development of resistance. During treatment, it is advisable to increase the flow, but avoid directing flow straight at the corals. Along with strong, passive water flow, it is suggested to lower light intensity if possible, although this is not strictly necessary.

To begin dosing, remove 1 cup of water from your aquarium and mix it with 1 level scoop of Coral RX for every 10 gallons (37.9 liters) of actual water volume in your aquarium. Ensure it is thoroughly dissolved before pouring the solution back into the aquarium. Remember to stop using carbon and ozone during the treatment. Also, do not dose in the evenings when the lights are off. Once you observe the desired results, perform a 25% water change and resume using your mechanical filtration. If symptoms persist, you may repeat the dosage. It is important to perform a 25% water change after each dose. In the case of an accidental overdose, the medication can be removed using Clear FX Pro.
