ATI Iodine is crucial for the thyroid function of fish and is naturally found in various organisms, including corals, sponges, shells, and algae. While the specific role of iodine in each of these organisms has not been thoroughly studied, it is evident that aquariums with brighter lighting tend to exhibit higher iodine consumption. Additionally, iodine is thought to enhance the vibrant blue coloration in Acropora corals.

It is important to note that iodine is consumed rapidly in aquariums. Therefore, regular testing of iodine levels in the laboratory is essential. To maintain optimal levels, it is best to use our high-purity iodine supplement.

1 ml of ATI Iodine per 100 liters will increase the iodine concentration by 10 µg/l.
