This impressive submersible wave pump, the NERO, has been thoughtfully developed to be smart, compact, powerful, and aesthetically pleasing. Utilizing the latest Bluetooth LE technology, it connects almost instantly to the MyAi App on your phone or smart device, or it can be operated directly through the integrated controller.

Staying true to Aquaillumination’s philosophy of crafting Brilliantly Simple products, the NERO submersible wave pump features a straightforward design and easy control, all while being loaded with great functionalities.

Unlike standard propeller and impeller designs that produce a harsh water stream, the NERO employs an inverse motor design. This innovative approach allows for an adjustable, broad flow while maintaining a compact profile. It effectively moves large volumes of water, ensuring detritus is transported into the aquarium filtration system and preventing any dead flow areas, all without disturbing corals.

The slim magnetic mount enables the pump to be positioned almost anywhere in the aquarium, and the cup design allows for perfect angling and positioning. Additionally, the NERO comes with an optional anemone/fish guard, which is also available for purchase separately for older models.

Advanced Control Modes

By connecting the NERO to the MyAi App on your smart device, you unlock the pump’s full potential. The connection is quick and easy via Bluetooth.

You can choose from three different flow modes to customize the perfect flow for your aquarium:

• Pulse: Alternates uniformly between high and low flow.
• Random: Features a constantly changing flow pattern for a lively reef environment.
• Constant: Provides a steady power level.

Not only can you set individual flow patterns, but you can also adjust them throughout the day and night. This flexibility allows for a calmer flow at night when the aquarium inhabitants rest, while providing a vibrant, energetic flow during the day, or any combination that suits your needs.
