Aqua Medic Premium line 600 osmosis device 240 – 600 l / day
The Aqua Medic Premium line 600 osmosis device is designed to produce soft and low-salt water for both salt and freshwater aquariums, as well as for watering terrariums and various other applications. This device can effectively eliminate inorganic and organic substances from your tap water by up to about 98%, with nitrate and silicate removal around 70%. Best of all, this is achieved without the need for any added chemicals.
Please note: A separate DI filter must be purchased in order to remove additional silicates.
This reverse osmosis Premium line 600 is a high-quality, compact, and versatile device. It features two large 10-inch pre-filter housings, and replacing the filter content (activated carbon and sediment, 5 µm) is a breeze. All components, including the pre-filter housings and the membrane module, are mounted on a sturdy, powder-coated console.
The fine filter is designed to remove contaminants larger than 5 µm from the water, while the activated carbon pre-filter effectively eliminates chlorine, ensuring the membrane remains protected. The two membranes serve as the core of the system and play a crucial role in determining the final water purity. We exclusively use TFC (Polyamide / Polysulfone) membranes of the latest generation in our devices.
This system also includes a flush valve, and the wastewater to pure water ratio is approximately 3-4:1 (waste: clean), with an impressive salt removal percentage of around 98%.
The Aqua Medic Premium line 600 osmosis device is delivered with the following components:
- Sediment pre-filter, 10″ with 5 µm pore size
- Activated carbon filter
- Two reverse osmosis membranes featuring a top-tier synthetic membrane (polyamide / polysulfone), each with a capacity of 120 – 300 liters
- Flush valve: This valve allows you to adjust the penetrating/concentrate ratio to 1:3 – 1:4
- Water connection fitting (3/4″ – for a tap) with a 3 m hose pipe
Please keep in mind that the daily output of this device will depend on the water pressure and temperature.
