Aquaforest KH Plus is a highly concentrated solution designed specifically for increasing carbonate hardness in marine aquariums. This product is ideal for addressing sudden drops in carbonate hardness and restoring the ionic balance within your aquarium. Maintaining the right level of carbonate ions is essential for promoting healthy coral growth and building strong skeletons. Additionally, the presence of these carbonate ions helps in stabilizing the pH level.

Dosage: To raise carbonate hardness by 0.5 dKH in 100 liters (27 US gallons) of water, simply add 10 ml of KH Plus solution. For optimal reef aquarium conditions, aim for a carbonate hardness between 6.5 and 8.5 dKH. It is important to avoid increasing dKH by more than 0.5 dKH within a 24-hour period.

Before adjusting your calcium and alkalinity levels, please make sure that your magnesium level is within the recommended range. This will ensure that your aquarium remains healthy and thriving.
