Aquaforest Lava Soil is a fantastic natural substrate made from volcanic lava, specially enriched with vital minerals to support healthy plant growth in your aquarium. This substrate gradually releases nutrients, providing plants with the nourishment they need.

Although the substrate is pre-rinsed, you may notice that the aquarium water becomes cloudy for up to 12 hours after adding the product. This is completely normal and does not have any negative effects. After about 12 hours, the cloudiness should clear up.

Since Lava Soil is mineral-rich, we suggest being cautious with the use of additional fertilizers during the first six months. This approach will help prevent an overaccumulation of micronutrients, ensuring a balanced environment for your aquatic plants. The granule size ranges from 1 to 8 mm.

HOW TO USE:

• Sprinkle a 7 cm layer of AF Lava Soil over the tank base.
• Cover the substrate with water and proceed to plant.
• Once you have planted, fill the aquarium to the top with water.
