The Aquaforest Media Reactor is a fluidising reactor designed for various types of filter media. It works exceptionally well with phosphate absorbers, activated carbon, and zeolites.

Thanks to its compact size, you can use it either in your sump or externally. The reactor is made entirely from high-quality, 100% acrylic, ensuring it is resistant to damage and discolouration. We have incorporated a silicone seal that effectively protects against leaks.

Inside the reactor, you will find sponges with a special fixture. This design prevents deformation of the internal sponge and stops the filter medium from escaping the housing, which is particularly important for resins or absorbers like GFO.

Another great feature is the solid construction and attractive design of our media reactors.

We recommend using three Aquaforest media products together: Zeo Mix, Carbon, and Phosphate Minus for optimal results.
