The ARKA myAqua Multifilter 4L is perfect for filling with resin, mixed bed resin, absorbers, and a variety of other filter materials, including activated carbon. It comes with a built-in 1 inch water-neutral plastic thread, along with transitions from 1 inch to ¾ inch and ¼ inch for the water inlet and outlet, making it versatile for different uses. You can use it both as a downstream resin filter on reverse osmosis systems and for many other applications.

Another great feature is the standardized filter housing size of 20 x 4.5 inches, which allows for the use of different inner cartridges of this size. The ARKA myAQUA Multifilter 4000 is constructed from high-strength, food-safe plastic (PP) and is also pressure-resistant up to 28 bar. The double O-ring seal guarantees maximum tightness.

The refillable inner cartridge comes with integral fine filters on both sides, preventing suspended matter from entering the inner filter while securely containing abrasion or parts of the resin or filter material. Additionally, two extra filter sponges are included, which can be positioned as needed based on the material and filling quantity.

Scope of delivery:

• 1x filter housing
• 1x filter cartridge 4000 ml
• 2x filter sponge
• 2x reducer 1 inch to ¾ inch
• 2x connector ¾ inch to ¼ inch
• 1x wall bracket including screws
• 1x cartridge spanner
• 4 m Teflon tape

Installation:

• First, install the supplied wall bracket as shown in the picture and securely attach the ARKA myAQUA 4000 to it. Ensure that the screws are tightened properly. Remove the base of the multifilter using the filter cartridge wrench provided.
• Next, take out the inner refillable cartridge and open it by unscrewing the upper screw cap. Fill the inner cartridge with the necessary material, screw the cover back on, and place it back into the filter housing.
• Use the filter cartridge wrench to screw the body back onto the filter cover. IMPORTANT: Ensure that the connection between the body and the cover is tight.
• Connect the water source and drain hose to the marked water inlets and outlets, making sure the hoses are correctly and securely connected, paying attention to the IN (water inlet) and OUT (water outlet) markings.

CAUTION:

If you wish to use the provided adapters, ensure that the gaskets or O-rings are inserted. Alternatively, you can wrap the threaded ends several times with the supplied Teflon tape. If you are using the ¾ inch to ¼ inch adapters, make sure to remove the blue retaining rings before inserting the hose and push the nipple down. Once the hose is in place, reinstall the retaining rings.

To vent the housing, press and hold the red vent button on the top of the filter cover until water begins to flow out.

IMPORTANT:

Always use the supplied wall bracket or ensure that the ARKA myAQUA Multifilter 4000 is stable to avoid any risk of it falling over. Please observe the maximum pressure resistance of 28 bar. We recommend using the two loosely packed filter sponges for optimal performance.
