Potassium is an essential element found in seawater, similar to Calcium, and is typically concentrated at around 390 mg/L.

K-Balance includes a variety of potassium salts in high concentrations. Our experiments across several tanks have demonstrated noticeable improvements in coral color and growth just a few days after dosing. Here are some key benefits:

• Polyp expansion occurs in a short time.
• Enhances growth and coloration of all corals, particularly SPS varieties such as Montipora, Stylopora, Seriatopora, Pocillopora, and Acropora.
• Highly recommended for any tank system.

Low potassium levels exhibit several characteristics:

• Montipora stops growing, and colors appear dull or grey; good coloration without potassium is not achievable.
• Pocillopora and Stylopora with low potassium levels appear as if they have been out of the water, with polyps retracted and colors looking light and washed-out.
• Blue Acropora also appear washed-out.
• Seriatopora may experience complete tissue necrosis within just a few days.
• Turbinaria Reniformis stops growing altogether.

Automatic dosing without any technical equipment! The elements and active components are embedded in a solid carrier substance. These elements and components dissolve automatically in small quantities directly into the water.

The “Automatic Elements” can be placed in an internal filter or directly in a sump area with adequate flow. The structure of the carrier substance ensures the constant release of elements and active components for up to 4 months directly into the water.

These automatic products contain the same elements and active components as the corresponding liquid products.

Dosage: 1 piece per 50 L every 4 months. Please keep out of the reach of children!
