Potassium is an essential element in seawater, similar to calcium, with a concentration of approximately 390 mg/L.

K-Balance consists of multiple potassium salts in high concentration. Our tests conducted in various tanks have demonstrated notable benefits in coral color and growth after just a few days of dosing. Here are some key advantages:

• Polyp expansion occurs in a short time.
• Enhances growth and coloration of all corals, especially SPS types such as Montipora, Stylopora, Seriatopora, Pocillopora, and Acropora.
• Recommended for any tank system.

It is important to note that low potassium levels can lead to several issues:

• Montipora may stop growing, and colors can appear dull to grey.
• Good coloration without adequate potassium is not achievable.
• Pocillopora and Stylopora with low potassium levels may look as if they have been out of the water for too long, with polyps retracted and washed-out colors.
• Blue Acropora may also appear faded.
• Seriatopora can experience complete tissue necrosis within a few days.
• Turbinaria Reniformis may cease growth.

Automatic dosing without any technical equipment!

The elements and active components are embedded in a solid carrier substance. These components are automatically dissolved in small quantities directly into the water from the carrier substance. The “Automatic Elements” can be conveniently placed in an internal filter or directly into a sump area with sufficient flow. The structure of the carrier substance ensures that elements and active components are consistently released for up to four months directly into the water.

These automatic products contain the same elements and active components as their corresponding liquid products.

Dosage: 1 piece per 50 L every 4 months.
