Coral Power Iron is a concentrated blend of Iron designed specifically for marine aquariums. It plays a vital role in zooxanthellae photosynthesis, promotes healthy macroalgae growth, and enhances the green coloration in corals. Furthermore, Iron is a fundamental element involved in bacterial metabolism and various physiological processes that occur within marine tanks. It can also support enzyme functionality. However, Iron can be quickly depleted in high bacterial mass systems.

To ensure the health of SPS corals, maintain zooxanthellae balance, and support both macroalgae and bacterial functions, it is important to follow a dosing plan as outlined below. You may adjust the dosing slightly based on your specific tank conditions and coral density.

Our Coral Power Iron has a concentration of 100,000 ppm.

Dosage Rate:

• We recommend starting with 1 drop per day for every 100 liters of tank water.
• If the results are positive, you can gradually increase to 2 drops per day over the course of about a month, depending on coral density in your tank.
• Do not exceed 2 drops per day for every 100 liters of water in a heavily stocked system.

For advanced aquarists, 0.1 ml (which is equivalent to 2 drops) will increase the Iron levels by 0.1 ppm (mg/L) for each 100 liters of tank water. If you are aware of your Iron depletion rate, please adjust your dosing accordingly.
