In addition to the essential salts for calcium, magnesium, and carbonate hardness, Fauna Marin offers a selection of special elements that play crucial roles in marine aquariums. Unlike trace elements such as copper, chromium, manganese, or selenium, these elements are present in seawater in concentrations greater than 1 mg/l. Examples include potassium, strontium, boron, bromine, and fluorine.

Dosing Recommendations

• Designed for compensating sulfur deficiencies in reef aquariums.
• Regularly check sulfur levels with a water test.
• Dosage: 10 ml per 100 liters (26 US gal) increases sulfur by approximately 7 mg/l (0.26 US gal).
• Note: Magnesium content will also increase by 5 mg/l at the same time.
• Maximum daily dose: Do not increase sulfur by more than 20 mg/l per day.
