PHOS 0,04 is an innovative granule compound designed to effectively absorb phosphates and yellow substances from your aquarium water. One of its standout features is that the PO4 value cannot fall to 0.00, which makes Ultra PHOS 0,04 both safe and highly effective.

The color and nutrients are securely bound to the material, ensuring they do not get released back into the water. This helps maintain a low nutrient content in your aquarium, effectively preventing unwanted algae growth while allowing corals to showcase their natural colors.

Application and Dosage

Please introduce changes to your aquarium slowly and carefully. Here are the recommended dosages:

• Use 50 ml of Ultra PHOS 0,04 per 100 liters of water.
• After 5 days, you may increase the dosage to up to 100 ml per 100 liters of water.
• Regularly check the PO4 content.

It is important to note that using Ultra PHOS 0,04 at the lowest PO4 values is not advisable. For best results, use Ultra PHOS 0,04 in conjunction with a UV clarifier and after fine filtration in a fluidized bed reactor. The recommended flow rate is between 100 – 200 liters per hour, with slower flow being preferable.

If the PO4 content rises again, simply replace Ultra PHOS 0,04 with fresh material to maintain optimal water quality.
