Mastertronic Feature Highlights:

• Automatically adjust Ca and Mg dosing levels in Dosetronic, as balanced dosing may still require adjustments. This is managed via ODA
• MT will share test data with Solartronic, allowing users to select auto intensity adjustments based on either PO4 or NO3. This feature is exclusive to our product range and is not available with other lighting brands
• When Powertronic is launched, it will include features to trigger on/off or set timers for sockets. For instance, if the nutrient (e.g., PO4) is too low, reduce the algae reactor light from 12 hours to 11 hours
• For ULNS, dosing PO4 and NO3 can also be managed through Dosetronic
• Look forward to a new feature in Dosetronic for daily feeding, which can be adjusted based on data
• Alkalinity is tested for reference only; no automatic adjustment on the Dosetronic can be made
• We are considering offering an autofeeder for dry fish food, where lower nutrients would automatically increase feeding frequency, resulting in healthier, fatter fish

Reagents used with the Focustronic Mastertronic (not included):

Nitrate (NO3) / Nitrite

• Fauna Marin (Reagent A / B / C) – Recommended test frequency allows for 10 weeks of daily testing; 2 packs are needed to fill the reagent bottles
• API nitrate test

Phosphate (PO4)

• Red Sea Pro (reagent A / B) – Recommended test frequency is daily, sufficient for 21 weeks of testing; 1 package is needed to fill the reagent bottles
• Colombo Phosphate test – 2 packs needed to fill the 2 reagent vials

Calcium (Ca)

• API (reagent 1/2) – Recommended test frequency is twice a week, sufficient for 25 weeks of testing; 1 package is needed to fill the reagent bottles

Magnesium (Mg)

• Red Sea Pro (reagent A / B / C) – Recommended test frequency is twice a week, sufficient for 25 weeks of testing; 2 packs are needed to fill the reagent bottles

Alkalinity (KH)

• Salifert (reagent IND / KH) – Recommended test frequency is daily, sufficient for 2 weeks of testing. For the best dKH measurement, the Alkatronic is required; 2 packs are needed to fill the reagent bottles
• Red Sea Alkalinity pro refill (only uses 1 reagent vial). 1 package is needed to fill the reagent bottle

Iodine (I)

• Giesemann/Colombo Iodine test – 2 packs are needed to fill the reagent bottles

Product Registration – Warranty

Each Focustronic Mastertronic unit comes with a limited factory warranty for 12 months upon registration. To be valid, the online registration must be completed within 14 days of purchase. Focustronic will send updated information such as firmware updates or news about new features to the registered email address. Please note that the product warranty is non-transferable. Register via the Focustronic website at www.focustronic.net/product-registration. Mastertronic should not be exposed directly to water or placed in humid conditions where condensation may form inside or on the device. Failure to protect the Mastertronic from humidity exposure may void the factory warranty.

* The actuator carries a limited warranty of 1000 tests within the first year.
