Korallen Zucht Pohls K-Balance 500ml Potassium Concentrate offers noticeable benefits in color and growth just a few days after dosing. Potassium is a vital element found in seawater, similar to Calcium, with a concentration of approximately 390mg/L. K-Balance features multiple potassium salts at a high concentration. Our testing across various tanks has demonstrated significant improvements in both color and growth after only a short dosing period.

• Polyp expansion occurs quickly.
• Promotes growth and enhances coloration in all corals, particularly in SPS varieties such as Montipora, Stylopora, Seriatopora, Pocillopora, and Acropora.
• Recommended for use in any tank system.

Low potassium levels exhibit the following characteristics:

• Montipora will cease to grow, and colors may appear dull or grey; achieving good coloration without potassium is not possible.
• Pocillopora and Stylopora with low potassium levels may look as if they have been exposed to air, with polyps withdrawn and colors appearing light, lacking depth and vibrancy.
• Blue Acropora may also appear washed-out.
• Seriatopora can experience complete tissue necrosis within just a few days.
• Turbinaria Reniformis will stop growing.

Dosing recommendations: Use 1ml per 100L (or 25 gallons) each day.

Please note: It is important to not exceed the dosage specified on the label, as this product is highly concentrated. We also advise checking potassium levels regularly, just like you would for Calcium or Magnesium.
