Phos-Out 4 Granulate effectively removes phosphate, silicate, sulphide, and tannic substances from your water quickly, safely, and permanently, leading to a sustainable improvement in water quality. It specifically reduces phosphate levels in a way that is safe for your animals and does not affect the pH value.

This granulate promotes natural coral growth when phosphate issues arise and successfully prevents unwanted algae growth in a short amount of time. It is based on iron hydroxide.

Phos-Out 4 removes approximately:

• Phosphate PO4: 49 – 70 g / kg
• Silicate SiO2: 10 – 12 g / kg
• Heavy metals, such as copper: 8 – 10 g / kg

Tips:

• Begin with the recommended quantity of Phos-Out 4 Granulate and increase if phosphate levels remain elevated.
• Before application, thoroughly rinse Phos-Out 4 Granulate under water to eliminate any dust.
• The ideal phosphate value in saltwater aquariums should be between 0.02 and 0.05 mg.
• We recommend using Phos-Out 4 Granulate in a fluid bed filter or filter sleeve in a strong-flow area, such as external or internal filters.
• Regularly use our Substrate Cleaner to remove phosphate deposits. During this process, Phos-Out 4 Granulate should be removed from the aquarium cycle until the water is clear again.
• Used Phos-Out 4 Granulate can serve as a plant fertilizer or can be disposed of with household waste.

Microbe-Lift Phos-Out 4 Dosage in Freshwater Aquaria: Apply 25 mL per 100 litres of water. Dosage in Saltwater Aquaria: Apply 50 mL per 100 litres of water.
