These bacteria are compatible with biological filters and UV lights. Please remember to turn off the UV lights for 48 to 72 hours after introducing this product. This allows the bacteria to thrive during their most active growth stage.

Initial dosage per 100 litres of water:

Day 1: 25 ml

Day 8, 15, 22, 29: 15 ml

Maintenance dosage per 100 litres of water:

Every 2 weeks: 7.5 ml

Please note: For best results, add Special Blend directly to the aquarium during the light period. Saltwater can inhibit bacterial growth, so for quicker results, consider adding 25 to 50 percent more.
