NYOS Alkalinity is a high purity sodium bicarbonate. With Alkalinity, you can boost the carbonate hardness in your saltwater aquarium in a quick and straightforward manner.

How to Dose:
For a pre-mixed solution, we recommend mixing 160g (5.64oz) of Alkalinity with 2000ml (0.53gal) of RODI water. Using 38ml (4.8fl oz) of this solution will increase the KH in a 100L (100gal) aquarium by approximately 1°dKH. Please note that this is a reference value; the actual dosage may vary.

Dosing Alkalinity powder directly: You can dose it in the sump or pre-mix it with aquarium water. Using 30g (0.4oz) of Alkalinity will raise the KH of a 1000L (100gal) aquarium by around 1°dKH. We recommend measuring your alkalinity at least twice a week for the best results.
