Usage information: Orca tape is a specialized vulcanizing tape designed for sealing damaged pipelines and insulating electrical pipes. It is highly resistant to most chemicals, making it versatile for various applications. This tape can be applied to nearly any material, which is especially useful for emergency repairs on both soft and hard surfaces. Additionally, Orca tape can be processed across a wide temperature range. Even at very low temperatures, while the vulcanization process may take a bit longer, the final results remain effective.

Processing:

• Clean the surface to be treated.
• Remove the transparent film.
• Wrap the Orca tape with a consistent elongation, ensuring a 50% overlap around the pipe.
• Make sure to overlap the first and last wraps with a 100% overlap.

Note: Orca tape vulcanizes very quickly. Please do not use for gas connections or gas pipes!
