The delivery pump can NOT work without the APEX control system. It delivers 5700 liters per hour and is compatible with all APEX systems that have a free 1LINK port. Here are some quick highlights:

CONNECTS TO ANY MODEL APEX VIA AN AVAILABLE 1LINK PORT

The COR-15 utilizes a relatively new connection standard for the Apex known as 1LINK. This port provides up to 50 watts of power along with the control signal to connected devices. The benefit for devices like the COR-15 is that there is no need for additional power supplies. You can find these 1LINK ports on the 1LINK module, which is sold separately.

GREAT FLOW TO POWER RATIO

The COR-15 offers excellent flow while being very economical on power, making it friendly for both your wallet and the environment! To achieve the best performance, we recommend using the largest diameter pipe possible, ideally at least 32mm (1.25 inches).

ADVANCED CONTROLABILITY

The COR was designed with Apex controllability in mind. You can manage your pump output percentage, receive real-time operational feedback, integrate it into complex feed routines, and monitor the pump status from anywhere in the world via Apex Fusion.

EASY INSTALLATION

Simply connect the plumbing, plug the COR into its driver, and then into a 1LINK port. With just a few button presses, you can set the pump flow rate and feed modes. An easy setup task will guide you step by step through the entire installation process.

WHISPER-DRIVE TECHNOLOGY

The COR uses the latest Vector Control and BLDC motor technology. This allows the COR pump to operate in a way that is both energy-efficient and nearly free of vibration and noise. We challenge you to find a quieter pump!

OBSTRUCTION DETECTION

Sometimes, snails or filter pads can obstruct the pump. If the intake to your COR or any of your plumbing becomes significantly blocked, the COR will alert you by flashing the LED on the driver. When the COR is connected to an Apex and the internet, it will also send an alert to your mobile device.

INTERNAL TEMPERATURE MONITORING

The pump driver continually monitors the internal temperature of the COR pump motor. If it reaches an unsafe level, the driver will slow the pump just enough to bring the temperature back to a safe range while providing you with a notification. Unlike other pumps that shut off completely during temperature issues, the COR slows down, allowing your tank to continue circulating, giving you time to address the problem.

IQ-LEVEL

You can set the output level for your aquarium and overflow capability, and the COR will memorize this as your “100%” setting. If a power outage occurs, the pump will always return to this memorized setting when it restarts. Additionally, during feed modes, your water will not completely back-siphon, preventing the burping and bubbling that usually happens when a pump powers back up.

FEED MODE

With a simple configuration in Apex Fusion, you can set a Feed Mode that will slow the pump to any level you choose. You can even synchronize other tank operations with this feed mode, and customize the duration of the Feed Mode as well. The buttons on the COR driver also serve as an easy-to-use feed button.

INCLUDED FITTINGS

The COR comes complete with all the fittings necessary for most aquarium setups (0.75-inch output, 1.0-inch input). We have also included a 1.25-inch union for the output to minimize head loss. For optimal performance, plumb your main return line using 1.25 inches to unlock the full potential of the COR pump, achieving as much as 50% or more flow!
