Purigen is a synthetic absorption agent that stands out from other filtration products. Unlike typical filters that use a mix of ion exchangers or various absorption agents, Purigen is made from a unique macroporous synthetic polymer. This innovative design allows it to remove both soluble and insoluble impurities from water at a speed and capacity that surpasses all other products by more than 500%.

Purigen effectively eliminates proteins, nitrites, nitrates, ammonia, and a wide range of organic substances, while having minimal impact on trace elements. Additionally, it enhances the redox potential and clarifies water to an exceptional degree.

As Purigen becomes saturated, its color changes to a darker shade. The good news is that you can easily reactivate it using standard household bleach. This product is suitable for both seawater and freshwater applications.

Application

• Rinse Purigen before use.
• Utilize a fine mesh filter bag to ensure optimal performance with the 250 ml of Purigen.
• Each 250 ml container can treat up to 1000 liters of water for a duration of up to 6 months.
• You can identify when Purigen is exhausted by the noticeable change in color to dark blue or black pearls.
