Tropic Marin Cyo-Control is a natural solution that effectively prevents the reappearance of cyanobacteria in your aquarium. After you manually remove the cyanobacteria, the probiotic bacteria in Tropic Marin Cyo-Control will take their place. Once established, these beneficial bacteria will outcompete the cyanobacteria, ensuring they do not recolonize the area. The zeolite substrate plays a crucial role in supporting the probiotic bacteria during this process and helps maintain crystal-clear water after a brief period of cloudiness.

Application & Dosage

Before the first application, ensure you siphon off as much of the cyanobacteria as possible. Use 50ml per 100l (26 US-gal.) of water and turn off the skimmer and UV-C devices for about 2 hours. Repeat the dosing on the 3rd and 5th days after the initial application, siphoning off any cyanobacteria deposits beforehand. After a brief period of cloudiness, the water in your aquarium will become exceptionally clear. Just a friendly reminder: give the bottle a good shake before you use it!
